From First Kup to Black Belt: Celebrating Young Achievers with Global Recognition

Sparkling Taekwon-Do Sports proudly celebrates the recent accomplishments of three dedicated young students: Johnmike Kanguru (14 years old), Collins Lusaka (14 years old - Form 2), and Joyce Nyambura (13 old). Starting their Taekwon-Do journey in school, these remarkable students have progressed through each belt level to achieve the prestigious black belt—an accomplishment that’s both rare and inspiring at their young ages.

Their black belts carry international recognition from the International Taekwondo Federation (ITF), with certificates awarded directly from the ITF headquarters in Lausanne - Switzerland. This international acknowledgment not only marks their discipline and skill but also places them among an elite group of Taekwon-Do practitioners worldwide.

The CEO of Sparkling Taekwon-Do Sports & President of ITF Kenya, Mr. John Mukaburu, has walked the journey with them, emphasizing the values of perseverance and dedication that Taekwon-Do instills. Their journey from first kup to black belt showcases Sparkling Taekwon-Do’s commitment to developing young talent through a globally respected curriculum.

We congratulate Johnmike, Collins, and Joyce for their incredible achievements and look forward to their continued growth and success. Sparkling Taekwon-Do Sports is honored to guide and support young champions on their journey to excellence!
